We interviewed Felix Chevalier, a U.S. attorney from Houston, who has just returned from a three-day trade mission led by the City’s Mayor, Sylvester Turner, Jamey Rootes, Chairman of the Greater Houston Partnership and Bob Harvey, President of the Greater Houston Partnership. We wanted to hear what Mr Chevalier had to say about the mission to Havana.

This interview is archived and will be available in the upcoming book, The Cuba Interviews: 35 Conversations on Foreign Investment and Economic Development.
